Suggest Medication To Reduce TPPA Count Of 1:25000

hi, i am detected with STD with TPPA count of 1:25000, TRUST 1:4. i have taken 4 jabs of Penicilin. in order to get my work permit renewed, the immigration department needs my TPPA count to be reduced through time. I like to ask what medicine i can take to have my TPPA count reduced

Hi,

In my opinion, if you had been infected with syphilis, then even after successful completion of treatment, TTPA will remain positive life long. Of course non-treponemal tests like RPR and VDRL will become negative in due course, even with or without treatment.

Therefore, your exercise just to bring the count down to some significant level seems futile. Of course, this only denotes that you were exposed to syphilis at some time and it does not show that you are still having the infection. I think there is no medicine, which can bring it down.
