The easiest medicine for you to postpone your periods is birth control pills.
These pills should be started at least a week before the date of expected menses and continued till you are ready to have the menses. After discontinuing the pills, you will get withdrawal bleeding within 4-7 days.
If by any chance, you are late or do not have a week left before you took the decision of postponement of menses, you may start and take double the dose of the pills 3 days before the expiated date to the menses. Continue till you are ready for the menses and then discontinue them.
Regestone also can be taken similarly in place of birth control pills.
I hope this helps you.
