hi, doctor my name is latif n i am from india state andra pardesh so acutely i am asking about health growth medicine my height is 4.7 inch if i take this medicine what is the benefit for this medicine did u think that this medicine will be increase height .

There are many medicines available but there is no guarantee that these will work. height increases when bone length increases. You have not given your age. An average person grows around the age of 22. Between the ages 13 to 19, growth spurt occurs where an average person suddenly grows 3 to 4 inches in an year. Proper sleep, regular exercises and sports, swimming, maintenance of correct posture, balanced diet etc can help you in growth.
