Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

You said your 8 year old son is having vitiligo. Vitiligo is an autoimmune chronic depigmentary skin disease. You consult dermatologist and have perfect treatment. However, I suggest as below...

- trioxsalen 10 mg daily in the morn
- levamisole 50 mg daily at night
- tacrolimus ointment application at nigh
- trioxsalen solution ..apply at noon and expostulate to the Sunrays for 5 min.

Long term treatment is needed.

I hope this would help you.

Thanks.
