Hi,
How far pregnant are you? Meftal should not be used in the last trimester of pregnancy as it can harm the baby.
If you have symptoms suggestive of urinary tract infection ( burning, pain during urination, increased frequency of micturition), you should consult the doctor and do urine culture sensitivity test and take antibiotics accordingly. Urine infection must be treated completely. Otherwise it may start labour pains prematurely. Using antibiotics blindly is not good as it may not cure the infection and cause drug resistance.
Drink plenty of water. Pass urine once in 3 hours to wash off the micro organisms.
I hope I have answered to your satisfaction.
