Suggest Medication For Tiredness And Dizziness After Playing

My 13 year old son has recently become very tired and slow, sometimes complaining of queziness. Recently he woke up and said that his body felt weird. I asked him to explain weird. He said very weak, and his legs and arms are very weak. We had his blood checked for lyme disease, lupus, thyroid, all came back negative. He plays one sport, basketball. However he played this same sport last year with no problems. What is wrong with my son? Now I'm not sure what the next step is, vitamins or iron ?

First check the general conditions like Hb% if a pallor occur then there will be easy fatiguability (tiredness) dizziness. Then check the conditions which decreases Hb% for children mainly due to parasitic infestations or worm infections
