Hello dear Understand your concern First you have to confirm the pregnancy if period is delayed by 10 days from your normal period date. If intrauterine pregnancy of less than 63 days will be confirmed , you can terminate the pregnancy by using mifepristone plus misoprostol kit under advice of gynecologist. Do not use this pill at home as self medication as it cause uncontrollable complication that require surgery. By procedure, mifepristone 600 mg should be taken orally, after 48 hour misoprostol 800 ug should be put high in the vagina by gynecologist. Bleeding with tissue and clots will passe after using pill and it will last for 3-4 day. USG should be done after 14 days to confirm successful tremination of pregnancy.
