Suggest Medication For Swelling And Bruise On Forehead

My daughter had a door knocked into her head at school yesterday. She developed a large goose egg bump which was checked at hospital. This afternoon, the top of her nose and in between her eyes has swollen up and makes her eyes look different. She has also developed bruising around the eye where the impact was. She feels fine and has no pain. Her vision is normal but it is the swelling that concerns us, especially as it makes her eyes look strange. Does she need further medical attention?

Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
The swelling can be because of the inflammatory response secondary to trauma. The other possible cause can be because of the fractured bone. Nothing to be panic. You can take a course of antiinflamatory drugs like serratiopeptidase. Consult a oral and maxillofacial surgeon and get it evaluated. You need to get a radiograph done to rule out fractured bone.
I hope i have answered your query. Take care.
