Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that it might be either severe muscle spasm which trapped the nerve or cervical spodylitis.

So go for X-ray of cervical vertebrae and Meanwhile take mild painkiller, apply muscle relaxant gel and do neck and arm exercise.

If pain is unbearable then go for physiotherapy.

Hope my answer will be effective for you.

Thanks
