Suggest Medication For Sharp Pain And Burning Sensation In Stomach

My stomach started hurting out of no where last night, its a burning pain and it turns into a really sharp pain if i touch it or if I move positions. I can't stand up all the way because it hurts so badly. Why is this? P.S. I had my period twice last month and I consulted a doctor and it was most likely due to stress of moving to college and my period just started again but the pain doesn't feel like normal cramps.
