Suggest Medication For Severe Headache And Nausea And Diarrhea
Hello Doctor, I am suffering from Severe Headache from last 4 days. Usually it occurs during evening. The headache is one sided and of throbbing type followed by nausea and bowel movement.. The last time it occurred 2 years back. As of now i have not taken any medicine... Kindly advice..

Severe headache at evensong time one side along with nausea may be due to either sinusitis or any obstruction at cerebral vessel. Go for one PNS X-ray AND CT brain.
