General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, due to the cost factor, you could not get the relief, Any how it is better to avoid the narcotic analgesics t avoid the habit formation.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically. multivitamins, vitamin D, calcium, ranitidine, and diclofenac when ever there is pain.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
