Welcome to HCM I appreciate your health concern i hope your doing diet control and regular exercise besides the oral drug doses. For constipation add ispaghol husk in luke warm water in daily use. If despite of diet control and regular tablet intake, your diabetes is not under control, you need to change the dose of tablet.it should be increased in dose or frequency. Consult a physician to change the dosage or drug according to your sugar levels for a better control of diabetes. Stay healthy Regards Dr Faeza
