So chance of migraine is less ...(as no nausea , photophobia like symptom present ) Investigate your headache by ..... 1.Blood pressure measurement 2.HB estimation to rule out anemia If you are having chronic constipation than also headache can be there ... As you are young age adult you can have refractive error myopia ... So correct with spectacles or contact lense if myopia there ... Your ear examination also done to rule out reffred headache .. If you taking stress , watching more tv than also headache can be there as tension headache .For which amitryptillin can be given...
