Suggest Medication For Pain Due To Constipation

Hi, I've been taking constipation pills for a few days, and every time I take them, I would wake up at 3 A.M in the morning, and have been doing diarrhea, which I am fine with (as they are constipation pills), but I was wondering if I could do something for the pain, and I don't have any panadols at the moment.

HI
Well come to HCM
Thank for asking to HCM
If I would be doctor of this case then I would advise looking to the history given here that first thing is to stop taking medicine for constipation if it is not due to any pathological condition and most of the time it is due to less amount of water in take, less amount of fiber in diet, stress, irregular habit of going for defecation, high density calorie intake.
So change the eating habit, change the life style, come out of the stress.
For the abdomen if it is happening on and often then it may demands the investigations, for the mild pain Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen can be tried.
hope this information helps.
