Hello DR. I have a query sir, I am presently preparing for the Sub inspector exam physical test which is a distance of 800 meters in 2.40seconds, and its been a month I started training for it, when I start to run, I always have a pain while running, the pain happens between the knee of leg and above the ankle of the leg, and the speciality of this pain is it comes only when i start running on the ground.when I ask my coach about this problem, he says that this is a pain called "Sean pain". And it goes after a long time and becomes a habit. Sir please tell me that if there is any drug to minimise the pain and with less side effects.. My weight is 78kgs and my height is 5feet 11inches. My other mates on the ground have also the same pain but they take a medicine called "zerodol" and they say that their pain goes away with that medicine.
