Suggest Medication For Irregular Periods After Child Birth

I am 39 and just had my first child a year ago. My periods resumed after I stopped breastfeeding (around 2-3 months ago). I got my period 22 days after my last period and now just got another period 11 days after my period. My cycle is usually 26 days and is very regular.

Hi,
The menstrual cycle takes time to get on track after a delivery as the body has been on prolonged suppression and under the influence of progesterone. In this course, it is normal to have quite irregular cycles. Yet, please get a complete evaluation by a specialist to exclude any local and systemic causes for this irregularity. If hormone disturbance is the cause, a couple of hormone courses help to settle the issue. Please maintain a healthy weight, healthy diet and regular exercise. Hope you find this information useful. Wish you good health.
