Hi, my name is John and I have a question..I'm 27, I think I ate something bad and I was throwing up yesterday and today my heart or lungs hurt. I don't know exactly which one but every time I breathe my chest hurts. Can you help me with this? any idea as to why? and would it be a good idea to go on my usual 2 mile run?
