Suggest Medication For Hot Flashes, Headaches And Insomnia

I am 49 years old and had a hysterectomy a few years ago but I still have my ovaries. I am getting so many hot flashes, headaches, and insomnia which leaves me always fatigued! I workout 4 times a week, and gaining weight and I don t know why. Should I see my doctor? Can I get anything to relieve any of these symptoms?

You are attaining menopause now and hence suffering from thses symptoms.
Consult doctor who will be giving you hormone replacement therapy which will help you in relieving your symptoms.
Also you need to do some exercise to lose weight as per yoir capacity.
Drink plenty of water and eat more of green leafy vegetables.
Also you need to take calcium supplements which will protect you from adverse effects of osteoporosis which occurs at this age in women.
