After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that you should probably take Tab Dompan, or consult your gynecologist. Himalaya Gasex is wonder drug but some herbs can be harmful for baby so that should be avoided. Take minimum drugs in pregnancy until unless no other solution.
