The
gas problem can happen to anyone so not to worry.
You need to modify diet like:
Take plenty of liquids, have a light exercise in mornings
Reduce consumption of meat-based products.
Try fibre based diet like fresh vegetables.
Identify foods which cause it and substitute them. For example, some people develop gases after taking milk like that.
Take light meals in the diet.
Reduce consumption of sugar products and fatty foods which likely cause gases.
Rest as the doctor has prescribed medicines so no need for any fresh medicines except you can start an enzyme syrup for digestion.
