Upper GI Endoscopy to see for the acidity related problems. Tests of stool for three consecutive days. Tests of blood for CBC, thyroid, liver and kidney function. Ultrasonography of the whole abdomen and CT scan if indicated. Once a proper diagnosis has been made the treatment will be easy to carry on. Get a proper course of medications which may be a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotics. Avoid the foods and beverages that instigate or enhance the problems.
