Suggest Medication For Fever

I have had very low fevers (around 99.7 was my highest temperature) off and on for a few months. I also only feel warm off and on during the day. I had some bloodwork done and it was discovered that my white blood cell count was low. The doctor said this could indicate a viral infection. What types of viral infections are there and what can I do? What else could this be a sign of?

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you are having low fevers since last few months which could be due to viral/ bacterial infection of body. As you have low W.B.C count means infection is present in your body. I would suggest you nothing to worry about it. You should take NSAID medication along with antibiotic such as Levofloxacin. You should take plenty of fluids. Avoid taking any sharp and oily food substances . You should take soft and bland food. Visit general physician once and get it examined. Go for blood tests as well. Start treatment after prescription. You should take fresh juices in diet. Try to divide your meals in small fractions rather than having bulk at a time.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
