Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query high fever and swollen glands which could be due to upper respiratory tract infection, enteric fever typhoid, viral infection or infectious mononucleosis. I would suggest you to keep temperature under control by using Ibuprofen or Paracetamol every 4-6 h. You should avoid dehydration by giving him plenty of fluids. I suggest to consult a pediatrician as soon as possible to find the right cause of this. You should get blood test done. You should give anti inflammatory medication such as Levocetrizine Give him diet rich in vitamin B12. You should do tepid sponging to lower down the temperature. Avoid taking hot, sharp and oily food substances. Take multivitamins to booster immunity.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
