Suggest Medication For Fever And Sweating In A Child
Hello sir my son age 8years weight 36kg suffering from fever but I have given crocin adv but his feaver has not realesed for 3 hours, after 6 to 7 hours I have given half tablet of sumo. Now he was fine but maximum sweating continue for 3hours. plz sugest can I give sumo continuously
Hi..Can understand your concern ..As per your query about fever and sweating in 8 year ,if fever is responding to sumo its ok it will not not harm as it also contain NSAID but the cause of fever and sweating should be known..You can give sumo half tablet each 8 hrly Like thrice a day.Does he feeling any other symptoms or discomfort also as only fever and sweating is not enough to know the cause of illness..If he is fine after 1-2 days then ok but if again fever is persisting you should consult a pediatrician to know the exact cause by having an examination like viral or common cold or stomach infection etc .I hope the information helps you...Take care.
