Hi, I have delivered a baby 6 months back through C-Section. My period has started from last month. This month bleeding amount is very high (needs a pad in every 2 hrs) with blood clots are also coming. I am feeling very much faigued with head spin. I use to take iron suppliment, as prescibed by my doctor during discharge. My baby use to do breastfeed alongwith other foods also. What type of medicine I can use in this stage?
