Suggest Medication For Excessive Facial Hair Growth In Women

Hi, I am 28 years old married woman. Height is 158 cm and weight is 67 kg. I am suffering from a problem of excessive hair growth in chin and below. My doctor has advised me to Eflornithine hydrochloride cream, Tri o bloc and Nadoxin gel to control hair growth and treat those areas. I am using this for 2 months. I was given thermotherapy also but I find that is not working. My periods are regular and thyroid level is normal.

Hello,

According to me, since you don’t have any hormonal problem, I would recommend you should continue the treatment given by your doctor as it has only been 2 months, results often start appearing after 3-6 months. In my personal opinion, if you want better results I would suggest you to go for facial laser as most women get really good results after this and I am hopeful this would suit you. You could start the laser process while being on these medications.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
