Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hi dear user
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

Dry skin and acne are symptoms of hypothyroidism.
Less menstrual flow and excessive facial hair growth(hirsutism) can be due to higher-than-normal levels of androgens, including testosterone.
Certain medical conditions can cause a woman to produce too many androgens.Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is one common cause of hirsutism.

My advice is to meet an endocrinologist because you need to do some tests to check the thyroid and ovarian function like:
Thyroid function tests (TSH, free thyroxine)
Serum prolactin level
Total and free testosterone levels
Serum hCG level
Serum 17-hydroxyprogesterone (17-OHPG) level
Urinary free cortisol (UFC) and creatinine levels

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Thank you for using HCM.
Wish you good health.
