Hello
It seems from the history that your husband has suffered head injury following which he is having dizziness, fatigue and black eye.
Black eye is because of accumulation of blood in layers of skin of eyelids because of impact of injury and it will resolve over 3-4 weeks and no need to worry about it.
However dizziness is because of concussion head injury and requires treatment for concussion.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for treatment of concussion injury.

Thank you
