Suggest Medication For Diarrhea

Hi. For the past 3 weeks I have not had a solid bowel movement. It has been water diarrhea or mushy like pudding usually being extremely dark, green, or like a yellow brown. When it hits me I have to run to the bathroom or it will just come out. I am starting to get concerned due to the fact I havent had much of an appetite. Im not sure what to do. Is it serious?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read the history and understood your concerns.
The history of diarrhea, green stools and urgency means you are suffering from severe enterocolitis.
I would advise you the following:
Send the sample of stool and blood for tests
Consult your Doctor and get started on appropriate antibiotic and supportive medicines.
If no complete relief within 5 days consult Gastroenterologist for further clinical evaluation , investigations and treatment.
I find this answer helpful
