Hello,

Following medical abortion, most women get their period within 4 to 6 weeks and late period may be due to hormonal imbalance with mental stress.

In negative pregnancy test, you can take Norethisterone pill to resume your period. You will get a withdrawal bleeding within 5 to 7 days. Kindly, procure a complete prescription from your doctor.

Good luck.
