Hi,welcome to healthcare magic forum.asthma is a type of hypersensitivity reaction which mainly occurs due to some allergy.first of all you have to find out the allergens like dust, pollens, any home made foods ,sometimes change of weather etc which make him sensitize and then allergic reaction starts, those allergens have to better avoid as much as possible then allergic60 to better70% problem will be under control.if he gets the allergy immediatly you give then antihistaminic(antiallergic )medicines.after all if then asthmatic attacks will become very sever then better i will suggest him to take nebulisation.but in that condition you have to consult a doctor where you will get the treatment.good luck.
