hi doctor this is parag & my quest is how can i get a fair look as i m littel wheaties in skin so, is der any medicine to become fair without any other sideffects.... sorryyyyy........doc am unable to continue the pay system now...so i ll take ur recomndetn later on ... thnk uuuu....

Hi..

Firstly, its very important to understand that natural skin color cannot be changed. It's better to aim for a healthy skin.
Always wear a sunscreen with 30 spf and repeat the application after 3 hours.
Skin lightening creams come with significant side effects. Try using a kojic acid based cream which is relatively safer.. Also chemical peels at a dermatologist s clinic will help. Avoid peels at parlors.
Avoid oily, spicy food.. Include more fruits and green leafy veg in your diet. Keep yourself well hydrated with lots of water..
