Hello,

I do not think the lump you mention at the beginning has anything to do with the alopecia or the headaches. As for the headaches I am afraid that you do not provide enough information to create an opinion regarding their nature. Headaches can manifest in different manners and have many different causes. More info on headaches characteristics, location, intensity, character, duration of episodes, accompanying phenomena, triggering factors, medication use, other medical conditions etc are necessary. So please write again with as many details as you can.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olsi Taka, Neurologist
