If you do not follow these steps, there are lethal complications such as - uncontrolled bleeding, infection, incomplete abortion, undiagnosed ectopic pregnancy etcetera.
If after finishing the entire course, you still do not bleed after 24 hours, consult your doctor again. 2 weeks after the bleeding is over, you need a follow-up visit to confirm that abortion was complete.
