Hello dear Understand your concern Wait for period to come another 2-4 days. Confirm the pregnancy by UPT (7-10 days after missed period it will become positive) or by blood HCG. Medical termination of early (up to 9 week) intrauterine pregnancy should be done after USG under the observation of gynecologist after its expert opinion. Do not use this abortion pill at home as it cause serious complication that require surgery. Mifepristone 600 mg orally should be followed by misoprostol 800 ug vaginally/orally after 24 hour, additional two dose every 6 hourly under supervision of gynecologist if no bleeding occur. Bleeding and abdominal cramp start 1-2 hour after the last pill and whole abortion process will complete in 3-5 days. If excessive bleeding, dizziness, fever occur consult the gynecologist. Post abortion USG after 14 days to confirm the completeness process of abortion. It causes minor side effect if done with aseptic conditions like abdominal cramp, headache, diarrhea, vomiting, back pain, tiredness.
