Suggest Medication For A Skin Infection

I had a wart removed my from hand about a week ago. I was told the day after it was removed to clean it with perioxide then put neosporin on it for five days. I have done this, but it doesn t seem to be healing. It s also red and a little swollen around where the scab is trying to form. Is this normal?

Hi
It seems to be normal. Continue with the topical neosporin.
If the area becomes infected in the form of pain, tenderness, swelling and pustular discharge then you need to take oral antibiotics.
