Suggest Treatment For Postpartum Thyroiditis

I believe my daughter has postpartum thyroiditis. She is almost 6 months postpartum and she has MANY matching symptoms and an ER doctor indicated her t3 and t4 levels were slightly off. Two of her most significant symptoms are left leg pain and pain in the left side of her chest (under ribs. She has seen several specilists including a cardiologist and many other doctors and ruled out heart problems and any blood clots. Would the leg and chest pains be consistent with this issue? she also has some neck discomfort and has said it almost feels like swelling inward. She also had a blood test that indicated elevated ANA levels which she had once in her life when she was about 13. we had extensive tests at that time and ruled out Lupus but I know that is a little phantom. She has extreme anxiety over this and thinks she is going crazy. I also read that postpartum, it can switch from hypo... and hyper... Can you shed any light?
