Suggest Me Treatment For Constant Headache

I have ongoing headaches as result of concussion and whiplash following a rear traffic accident over 3 months ago. I have been attending physio twice weekly at first and now weekly but find very little relief. On her touching my head and working on it I usually need the next 2 days or so in bed and the pain is greatly exacerbated. It eases eventually but by then its time for my next session. I even gave physio a miss for 2 weeks and tried acupuncture instead. The result was the same more swallowing of strong pain killers - tylex and now ixprim prescribed by my G.P. and resorting to anxicalm to get asleep at night. The headaches are now constant and I have not been able to return to work. I did try 3 weeks ago but just lasted 4 days when I had a huge flare up resulting from all the head bending I do when correcting childrens work. I am a Primary Resource teacher and also in charge of Sport in the school. One of my friends suggested attending a cranial osteopath but i dont know how this is different from Physio. Can you give any advice on this matter. My G.P. Has referred me to a pain clinic but that appointment even privately is 3 weeks away. My x-rays showed no fractures which I know is good but I am beginning to feel very down about the lack of progress . I would appreciate another opinion.
Thank you, Deirdre

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having chronic headache after suffering a concussion injury in a road traffic accident.
Headache following head injury needs to be evaluated if there is associatied nausea, vomiting, loss of consciousness after injury.
If these symptoms are not there no need to worry as it will not be serious.
As of now you can take analgesic drugs and later take opinion from pain clinic as advised by your GP.

Thank you
