Suggest Me Medication For Punched Left Jaw With Knot Below Jaw?

I was punched in on the left side of my jaw 2 wks ago the whole left side of my face was swollen for about a week & I couldn't open my jaw very far now I'm left with what seems to be a knot just below where my jaw connects I still can barley open my mouth if I try to open it to far I have really sharp pains in my jaw & it feels really tight where the knot is the farther I try to open it what could this knot mean?

hello thanks for consulting at hcm..it could be hematoma--knot,,u could also have fracture in the region, hence pain on opening the jaw,,kindly consult a oral surgeon for opg/cbct, for further treatment..asap,, hope it helps,, u could take analgesics for the pain,, tc
