Suggest Management Of Anxiety And Panic Attacks

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...Hi I have had panic attacks and anxiety on and off for the last 30 years, but do not want to take medication, some things given going for a walk and talking can make me so out of breath and all me throat and chest feels so tight, its so hard to beleive that you can feel so short of breath from a little walk, I don;t drink or smoke, I am 3 stone over weight and do no exercise, its so scary.
