Suggest Home Remedy To Alleviate Pain And Stiffness In Neck

Hi, I want to ask how do I relieve neck stiffness. The other night I fell off the stairs and ended up hurting my back, head, and neck. Till now my neck still hurts and I ve took advil, and other home remedies. I ve even tried rotating my neck to reduce stiffness. Do you recommend any other solutions?

I really appreciate your concern, such neck pain could be due to poor posture during sleep try to maintain good posture and condition can be managed well with "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac" once in day, hope this information helps, take care.
