Hi there,
Welcome to HCM,

Very sorry to say but there are no home remedies for abortion. Abortion is not a option in most middle east countries and she needs to decide regarding her next step.

I would advise her to continue the pregnancy, by the time of delivery her present baby will be 1 1/2 years old and after delivery she can go for a copper-T insertion which will prevent her from getting pregnant again.

She needs a to see a doctor and take proper care of herself. She will need to take Folic acid, Iron and Calcium as supplements .

Best that she meets a gynaecologist and takes appropriate medications and also gets an ultrasound done.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
