Suggest Home Remedies For Morton S Neuroma
Is there a natural cure for Morton s Neuroma? I was diagnosed with it a few months ago. I had two injections and custom insoles but my feet throb and tingle pretty bad with my first steps in the morning. They mostly throb at night. I have changed all my shoes. Also is there certain exercise for the feet with this diagnosis? Thanks.

Exercise may not help if this is the Morton's Neuroma, but the newer technic of ultrasono guided ablation, or ultrasono guided alcohol injection gives excellent result. Other methods are there which could relieved the pain like avoiding high heel shoes, narrow shoes.
