Hi Doc. I had mortan's neuroma 20 years ago in 1990. after the first surgy i had small lump of tissue on the bottom of my foot and had a second surgy in 2008 and it was a stump neuroma . is it a result of the first surgy the stump neuroma or tolay differnt
