Suggest Healthy Diet For Body Growth After Typhoid Treatment

sir I was suffering from typhoid from last 2 year and I took different type of medicine and recover from typhoid from last 3 month but now my body weight and growth is not properly plz suggest me in right direction and what should i take in diet.

You should take high protein high carbohydrate balanced diet ,Well cooked hygienically.
Include variety of whole grains in your diet
Always take atleast one healthy source of protein in each meal.
Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits in the form of soups, salads , juices, milk shakes.
Use healthy cooking oils like canola.,sunflower, soyabean, groundnut.Avoid use of ghee , butter, ctream.
Eat easy digesting small meals, avoid spicy and processed foods.
