You should take high protein high
carbohydrate balanced diet ,Well cooked hygienically.
Include variety of whole grains in your diet
Always take atleast one healthy source of protein in each meal.
Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits in the form of soups, salads , juices, milk shakes.
Use healthy cooking oils like canola.,sunflower, soyabean, groundnut.Avoid use of ghee , butter, ctream.
Eat easy digesting small meals, avoid spicy and processed foods.
