Suggest Healthy Diet For A 45 Year Old

Hi, My mom age is 45 year old, but her body age might be 55 because of the below reason. My dad expired about 20 years back from then she took the entire responsibility and worked hard for about 18 years. I think now you got me about the body age. Now she is slightly suffering from diabetes(under control now) and BP is also in control. I want to give my mom a healthy life, I asked her to go daily for a morning walk but she hardly goes(twice a week). I was doing the below things to make her strong. Paya soap to make her bones strong ( weekly once) Mutton (monthly twice ) Fish ( monthly twice) Bone soap ( weekly once) Chicken ( weekly once) Fruits? (please suggest) Can you please suggest me the foods that can be given to her to stay healthy. Thanks Naveen Sagarushi

Hello,

Consult a nutritionist and he will direct you accordingly.

Include more fruits and vegetables in the diet.

You have to reduce the intake of oil and fat.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
