25 Year Old Underweight Need To Gain Weight. Taking Healthy Diet. Need Suggestions

hi my age is 25 and my current weightis 45 kg please suggest me how do i gain my weight. My weight is stable from last 2 years it is not getting low nor gain my diet is also healthy m taking meat fish boiled eggs twice in a week also the veg meal with fruits juice but still my weight is stable m not suffering from any diseases.

Dear you are saying that you are taking healthy diet but not gaining weight.than you would have to go some investigation like thyroid, Vitamin tests because there can be some illness so first of all go for these investigation after that adopt a balance healthy diet. you should consult your physician.
Eat healthy food frequently, 5-6 times a day - 3 larger meals and 3 smaller meals alternately. Separate them by at least 3 hours so you can digest each meal fully. Don't go without food for 5-6 hours after having a major meal. diet which you take daily should be well balanced with protein, carbohydrate, $ fat.
