Hello,
Thank you for writing to HCM

Fast food is the first thing you should avoid to lose weight. Healthy eating is must to maintain your weight And healthy living.
Drink lemon juice and lot of water and detox your body. Eat wheat bread sandwich/oats/cornflakes with milk for breakfast, lot of fruit along with your meal.
Take chicken or vegetable soup along with your meal. Take small frequent meals to avoid craving.
Avoid "white"-cheese, cottage cheese, butter, refined flour, milkmaid, ice cream, rice, mayonnaise, icing. Avoid oily or fried food.
