Suggest Good Contraceptive Methods Which I Can Use

I'm not pregnant n missed a period first time. But I'm on birth pills and was continuing using birth pills during the time of my period time. I'm uncomfortable because I feel blooded n I started to take the sugar pills to see if I would get my period? I'm very confused what should I do?

hi you can use something called as the nuvaring. it contains estrogen and progestrones but releases them locally so prevents any kind of systemic side effects associated with these hormones. you are supposed to insert it on day 1 of menses and remove after 3 weeks. no interference with sex sensation and it has to be replaced by a new ring at the end of 3 weeks after a gap of 1 week . it has very high efficacy and is very safe. it's easily available at the chemist. take care and all the best.
